If the mobility and transportation sector is to realize its potential, e-vehicles must not be viewed in isolation but as part of the overall energy system. In addition to sector coupling, Vehicle2Grid, Vehicle2Home and Vehicle2Work solutions are among the possible applications of eMobility. However, although the technologies are becoming more mature, many questions remain unclear. How can e-vehicles and charging infrastructure be integrated into grid operations? What changes can we expect in terms of technical and tax regulations? And what's the deal with cybersecurity?
This and more will be revealed by our experts Niklas Schirmer (Elli, Volkswagen Group Charging GmbH), Marcus Fendt, (The Mobility House), Rüdiger Freimann, (Erwin Hymer Group SE), Tillmann Laux (Sono Motors) and Markus Emmert (Bundesverband eMobilität e.V. / BEM) from the Power2Drive Forum, which was recorded as part of The smarter E Europe Restart 2021.
