Charging systems at a glance - market overview and funding programs

Free Webinar

Starting into the future with an e-car, but which charging system to use? The Power2Drive Market Overview Charging Infrastructure webinar offers you a manufacturer-independent overview of the various and most frequently asked questions, presented by cosmix. Current funding opportunities are outlined in the second part of the webinar, presented by the National Centre for Charging Infrastructure in Germany.

The market for charging stations in Germany and Europe is growing rapidly. The expansion is in full swing. Meanwhile, a number of manufacturers offer solutions in AC and DC charging. But which charging system meets your requirements? What does it look like in terms of technical data such as charging power, charging points, intelligent connection, connectivity, compliance with calibration laws, etc.? And what are the latest trends and developments? The Power2Drive webinar will present the key points of the new cosmix market overview. The manufacturer-independent market overview has been adapted to the growing market and diversity, i.e. it focuses purely on charging infrastructure solutions in AC and DC and differentiates between wallboxes and charging stations. Jan Hammerschmied, Head of Charging Infrastructure at cosmix, Europe's largest charging infrastructure platform, will report on this.

Subsidies for this? When selecting charging infrastructure, the topic of funding opportunities should not be forgotten. The second part of the webinar will therefore provide answers to current and planned funding programs in Germany and the master plan for the expansion of charging infrastructure in Europe. Is your business case also included? The speaker and expert for this topic is Conrad Hammer, Federal-State-Municipal Coordination at the National Centre for Charging Infrastructure (NOW GmbH).

Speaker

Jan Hammerschmied joined eliso GmbH in the founding year after completing his studies in business administration & management. Here he initially contributed to the business field development and is now head of the charging infrastructure portfolio of the manufacturer-independent company. In this position, he has been able to build up extensive expertise in the field of AC and DC charging infrastructure on a national and international level. His knowledge ranges from individual models, functions and features to future and development relevant topics in the context of the electric mobility industry. In addition to being responsible for the entire charging infrastructure portfolio, a market overview of AC and DC charging stations in print format was created under his pen in 2019. Under Hammerschmied's leadership, this evolved into cosmix in 2021 - Europe's largest platform for charging infrastructure. The aim is to promote market transparency and thus the expansion of charging infrastructure.
