Storage technologies “Made in Germany” are on everyone's lips in the context of the energy transition. Battery engineering plays a key role in the future of mobility and delivers innovative technologies. Using the example of bipolar plate production, it is shown which technical concepts exist for reducing production times and costs in large-scale fuel cell production. Power-to-X makes it possible to convert regeneratively generated electricity into other material energy sources. Hydrogen is e.g. produced by means of PEM electrolysis.
