Artem Semenyshyn

Artem Semenyshyn is CEO at the Solar Energy Association of Ukraine (ASEU) and Senior Researcher at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

He has over 10 years’ experience in legal research and holds a PhD degree in commercial law at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.

He joined renewable energy sphere in early 2017 as legal advisor to the several Members of Parliament and Governmental Institutions in Ukraine. From 2017 till 2019 he was at the position of Advisor to the Head at the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine and worked with IRENA, Energy Community and other international organizations.

In 2019 he was a representative of Ukraine at the Energy Community Renewable Energy Coordination Group and represented Ukraine during the Eighteenth Meeting of the IRENA Council.

Artem Semenyshyn joined Solar Energy Association of Ukraine (ASEU) as CEO in the late 2019.
