Juan Manuel Saenz

Juan Manuel Saenz is an experienced MSc qualified engineer with 14 years´ experience in the energy and industrial sectors, specialising in solar technologies.

He started at engineering company AYESA in Spain working as project and site engineer delivering front end and detailed engineering design, EPCM and owner's engineer assignments.  After that, he joined international consultancy Mott Macdonald in UK managing the delivery of technical advisory and owner´s engineers services for developers, investors, financial institutions and government agencies for solar projects internationally.

After relocating to Mott MacDonald office in Spain, he is also acting as team leader and solar practice leader for Europe, Africa and Latino America, providing leadership to the company community of solar practitioners throughout our international network of offices.
