Digital Decision Matrix for Better PV Project Decisions

The presentation introduced the results of work carried out within IEA PVPS Task 13, focusing on a digital decision matrix for PV projects. The matrix addresses the lack of a clear overview of workflows, terminology, stakeholder responsibilities, and dependencies across the PV value chain.
