As a leading electrolyzer manufacturer, LONGi is tackling challenges and opportunities within the industry by focusing on transitioning from demonstration to industrialization. The company identifies a "trilemma" involving safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness as key hurdles in this early commercial stage of green hydrogen's evolution. To address these issues, LONGi has developed a triple goal strategy: reliability through enhanced safety measures; cost-effectiveness via vertical integration across supply chains; and intelligence using AI for efficient project lifecycle management. Despite being relatively new with only four years since its inception as part of the larger LONGi Group initiative started in 2021, they have expanded globally with projects spanning eight countries including China’s factories producing over 2.5 gigawatts capacity annually—demonstrating significant progress towards full-scale industrialization while maintaining an international presence across Asia-Pacific regions like India/Australia/Uzbekistan alongside European nations such Norway/Germany—and planning further expansion into Latin America/Middle East markets too!
