8th Energy Transition Award Ceremony

Side Event | June 20, 2024 | 2:00pm–4:00pm | The smarter E Forum, Hall B5, Booth B5.550

Energy suppliers in the DACH region – For the eighth time, the most innovative energy suppliers in the DACH region will be honored with the Energy Transition Award in Munich on June 20, 2024 as part of The smarter E Europe, Europe’s largest alliance of exhibitions for the energy industry.

The award is aimed at energy suppliers whose commitment is driving forward the energy transition in its individual segments (electricity, heating, energy efficiency and mobility). During the award ceremony, the Energy Transition Award's winners will give detailed insights into the challenges of the energy transition for public utilities and their solution strategies.

Energy transition & energy supply in Europe – In 2024, the Energy Transition Award has been extended to additional target markets for the first time. European energy suppliers from France, Italy and Denmark will also be invited to the award ceremony.

The focus here is on public utilities that have a focus on renewable energies and stand out from others as so-called lighthouses.

Based on their offerings in areas such as green electricity and green gas, PV systems and charging stations, as well as their increased commitment to the energy transition, the lighthouses from the three countries will be invited to the award ceremony as role models and motivators for other municipal utilities.

Participation

The 8th Energy Transition Award will take place as part of The smarter E Forum at The smarter E Europe. A participation in the panel discussions and the award ceremony is free and possible with a valid exhibition ticket.
