Manuel Gernsbeck is a trained energy electronics engineer "Anlagentechnik" and gained extensive experience in the field of renewable energies. Since 2010, he has been a managing partner of the company Badische Kraftwerk GmbH & Co. KG.
In 2020, he founded BentoNet GmbH from Badische Kraftwerk GmbH, where he now acts as the company's managing director. Since 2008, he has also been a board member of the Mittelbadische Energiegenossenschaft.
