He have previously worked as a Master of Science in mechanical engineering in the field of charging infrastructure, grid integration of renewable energies and smart grids at the Center for Solar Energy and Hydrogen Research Baden-Württemberg. His motivation is to make complex technical topics understandable and accessible for different target groups in order to drive and accelerate the transformation towards sustainable energy and mobility on a broader level.

Dr. Axel Sprenger, CEO and founder of Uscale

Dr Axel Sprenger spent 15 years in various management positions in R&D and customer research within Mercedes-Benz AG. He was then Managing Director of JD Power Europe GmbH for three years. In 2018, he founded Uscale GmbH, of which he is still Managing Director. Uscale asks EV drivers about their expectations and experiences with all touchpoints of the electromobile customer journey.

Arne Meusel

Arne Meusel has been driving the topics around digitalization, decarbonization and new mobility for years. As an industrial engineer, he worked for ten years in various consulting roles, lastly as a partner in his own advisory. Almost ten years ago he started Cirrantic GmbH, the digital platform for EV charging data, as one of the founders, investor and electromobility enthusiast. Here he combines his international experience with engineering and purpose as Managing Director Products & Services and Managing Director.
